A Quick Look At Horse Mats

For an equestrian, it is always a good time to go horseback riding, but there are horse stalls to keep clean before the fun can begin. A good way to manage having more time to ride, is to keep each of the horse stalls equipped with horse mats that not only help keep them dry, but fight back fungus and disease.

Cleaning out the horse stalls is probably the least enjoyable experience for an equestrian, but with the help of easy to clean mats the job takes much less time. With the extra time you have more time to enjoy riding and just being with your favorite equine friend. There are plenty of reasons to go horseback riding.

Once the horse stables are clean it is time to go riding, and every good equestrian knows that is the best time of all. Fresh air, sunshine and a nice breeze, there is nothing else that can equal the sensation of being so free. Over hill, over dale, and off to the neighbors house to meet with the rest of riders.

Trail rides are a great way to spend time with friends, and learn new ways of doing things. Loading up the horses to go try out a new horseback riding trail fills you with the excitement of adventure, while you are glad you got those new horse mats for inside the horse trailer. They certainly help give the horses better footing.

A sense of joy and merriment fill the air as the club arrives at its destination. Horses are unloaded and saddles are buckled securely for the trek up the hill. All types and descriptions of saddles and horses are filling the air with excitement of the days ahead. Galloping off into the forest for rest and relaxation. The sense of freedom is overwhelming and the riders wish this day would never end.

Someone shouts out the way to go and all the other riders rein their mounts to follow in that direction. A short distance down the path and the opening of a large cave looms on the left, as some of the horses become skittish and jump to the side. Riders grab leather in an effort to hold on, and everyone cheers and shouts as laughter fills the air.

A couple of hours of breathing fresh air, and the wonderful smell of decaying leaves in the forest, a couple of picnic tables appear in a clearing, with a fire pit close by for cooking out. There are hitch posts provided for tying the mounts, while others take tethers from their saddle bags and stake out their mounts for some grass to munch.

This place was chosen for the saddle club meeting because just around the cliff side is a natural waterfall that fills a pond nearly half the size of a football field. After everyone has enjoy the cook out and roasting marshmallows, they mount up on the horses riding bareback and head for the water. The horses especially like to swim and the riders hang onto the thick manes.
